1. Vendor Invoices Checking according to GST norms and other direct taxes
2. Knowledge of Processing the Vendors and Employee Reimbursement Payments
3. Checking and Settlement of Various Types of Expense Reimbursement Claims
4. Accounting entries for invoices and expense reimbursement claims in ERP
5. Co-ordination with other departments for invoice processing
6. Journal Voucher accounting in ERP
7. Monthly Bank Reconciliation
8. Knowledge of TDS and Filing of E-TDS returns
9. Knowledge of GST compliance and co-ordination with consultant for return filings
10. Assisting in Monthly Closing Activity
11. Assistance in Monthly GST return data preparation and filling
12. Assistance in Monthly GST Reconciliation
13. Assistance in Monthly TDS Reconciliation
14. Filing of Vouchers and Other Documents
15. Liaising with banks/ vendors
16. Liaising with Auditors for Group Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Internal Audit

B.com / M.com

Knowledge of working in accounting system and MS office (Excel. Word, Power Point) and good communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting
