The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing all India transactions, including bookkeeping in Tally Prime, preparing e-invoices and sales invoices, and filing monthly GST returns. The role also involves ensuring timely payments, payroll processing, petty cash management, and reporting to auditors. The Accounts Manager will prepare final accounts, maintain dashboards for various expenses, supervise Accounts Executives, manage treasury and cash flow, handle invoice management, and upload bank payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in record keeping, statutory compliances, and proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Tally Prime. They should have end-to-end account finalization experience and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years as an Accounts Manager.
