Job Description
The Creative Activation team is responsible for the activation of DCO campaigns across channels (display, social, video and beyond), meaning the successful candidate will gain a great breadth of exposure across platforms and tech. You will be responsible for the collective output and personal development of a small team of execs and assistants, so experience with task and people management is key.
From a campaign set up perspective – the platforms and tools used to set up DCO campaigns are predominantly excel based, so strong excel skills, and being comfortable with (and enjoying!) working with large data sets would be preferred.
You will also act as the activation lead on a handful of key clients – this will require you to build and maintain relationships with counterparts at media agencies within the group, and at times act as the technical go-to on external communication, so experience with this is essential.
In order to deliver our work we also need to coordinate with multiple internal teams – from creative conception and strategy teams, template and product developers, through to creative analysts and designers - therefore strong communication and project management skills are key.
Joining the ad ops team at Artbot is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for variety and exposure to other specialisms alongside standard campaign management responsibilities – so the ideal candidate will be excited by the multi- faceted and fast paced nature of the role.

- Technical Excellence: As an Activation Engineer, it is essential for you to have in-depth knowledge of all the tools and systems used to efficiently set up DCO campaigns. This includes ad servers, in-house tech, DSPs and other relevant technologies.
