Available locations: This position is open to candidates in Brazil and India (Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune).
Responsibilities:
- Build requirements synthesis, logical architecture, and propose system and software requirements for AD/ADAS features.
- Identify and resolve requirements gaps, ensuring proper traceability.
- Propose new design concepts and integrate them into software requirements.
- Lead the triage team during in-vehicle validation, simulating scenarios and guiding fault identification.
- Utilize UML/SysML methods to formalize requirements (Rhapsody and RTC preferred).
- Analyze component code to identify missing requirements or allocate issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AD/ADAS feature development.
- 2+ years of experience as a feature owner or technical leader.
- Experience with system engineering processes.
- Basic knowledge of safety processes, SOTIF principles, and "safe by design" approaches.
- Proficiency in UML/SysML methods (Rhapsody preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
