Job Description
Bosch China Innovation and Software Development Campus is looking for an ADAS System Architecture Expert. This role involves developing system solutions and architecture design for ADAS platforms, including defining interaction protocols with vehicles and platform solutions. The expert will analyze customer requirements, including functions and regulations, write and maintain system requirements, and define internal module functions and interface alignment. Collaboration with software development, testing, and verification teams to analyze technical issues and determine optimization solutions is crucial.
Must have:
- 2+ years experience in ADAS industry
- 1+ year experience in system engineering
- Familiar with ADAS functions (L2, HNOA, UNOA, HPA)
- Familiar with ADAS sensor performance and principles
- Familiar with system engineering methodologies
- Familiar with vehicle diagnostics and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS)
- Familiar with ADAS system engineering tools (Git, EA)
- Familiar with ADAS regulations and consumer tests
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good English communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience with L2+ mass production projects
- Familiarity with functional safety (ISO 26262) / cybersecurity
- Strong technical review and risk control ability

职位描述
- 负责ADAS平台项目系统方案制定和系统架构设计
- 负责ADAS系统与整车的交互协议及其平台化方案设计
- 负责客户需求(包含功能，法规等)的分析及拆解
- 负责系统需求的编写和维护
- 负责内部各模块的功能划分及其接口对齐
- 对接软件开发，测试与验证团队，分析重点技术问题,并同团队共同确定优化解决方案
职位要求
教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆、自动化、电子工程等相关专业
工作经验：2年以上智驾行业工作经验，1年以上系统工程经验，有L2+量产项目经验优先
技术能力：
- 熟悉ADAS功能(L2及HNOA,UNOA, HPA)以及各个模块的主流算法方案
- 熟悉ADAS传感器性能及其工作原理（摄像头，毫米波雷达，激光雷达，超声波雷达等）
- 熟悉系统工程方法论，掌握需求分析、系统建模、功能划分、接口定义等环节
- 熟悉车辆诊断和通信协议，CAN、LIN、以太网通信协议及诊断协议（UDS）
- 熟悉ADAS系统工程常用相关工具(Git, EA等)
- 熟悉ADAS相关的国内外法规及消费者测试
- 熟悉功能安全(如ISO 26262）/网络安全者优先
其他要求：
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力
- 良好的英语沟通能力
- 有较强的技术评审和风险控制能力者优先
