Job Description
Ninja Van is seeking an Admin, Cross Border professional to manage and monitor daily shipper data management, ensuring accurate data input into designated systems. The role involves liaising with other departments like Customer Service, OPS, and Fleet, and maintaining all required paperwork for data entry. Responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining KPIs, managing and reviewing operations reports, and monitoring overall shipper performance. The role also requires handling documentation for RDO, GRN, and invoices, conducting checks for billing weight discrepancies, overseeing urgent parcel deliveries, and managing weight disputes from shippers. Experience with new products like Necom and Bulky products is also part of the role.
Must have:
- Plan and monitor daily shipper data management.
- Input shipper data accurately.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Maintain paperwork for data entry.
- Analyze and maintain KPIs.
- Manage and review operations reports.
- Run and monitor reports on shipper performance.
- Manage documentation (RDO, GRN).
- Handle filing of invoices and documentation.
- Check and identify discrepancies in billing weight.
- Oversee urgent parcel deliveries.
- Handle weight disputes professionally.
- Monitor new products (Necom, Bulky).
- At least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email).
- Ability to work extra hours.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with various departments.
- Willingness to work in Section 22, Shah Alam.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and Monitoring daily shipper data management.
- Input shipper data accurately into the designated system.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Liaise with another department such as Customer service, OPS and Fleet.
- Completed and maintained paperwork required for all data entry related to the shipper’s requirement.
- Analyse and maintain all KPIs given by Ninja Van & Shipper.
- Manage and review operations reports.
- Run and monitor reports on overall shipper performance.
- Able to manage documentation regarding RDO, GRN and etc.
- Handle the filing of (RDO/GRN) invoices and documentation accurately and in an organized manner.
- Conduct thorough checks and identify discrepancies in MPS (Multi Parcel Shipment), NECOM & etc billing weight finance for B2B shippers, ensuring accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
- Oversee the urgent pushing of parcel deliveries to stations and manage parcel aging at the hub.
- Handle weight disputes from shippers professionally and efficiently.
- Monitoring on new product such as Necom product, Bulky product and etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office application and Email.
- Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided).
- Ability to work extra hours.
- Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various department.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Section 22, Shah Alam.
Working days/hours: Monday - Saturday
RM2,000 - RM2,500 a month
