Job Summary
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant - Warehouse will assist the webstore lead with daily operations, act as a liaison between departments, and process, pick, pack, and ship orders using Oracle. They will also resolve order issues, perform inventory transactions, analyze and report on orders and employee productivity, maintain health and safety compliance, and handle other assigned duties. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have:

- High school diploma or GED

- Oracle experience helpful.

Job Details
Admin – Warehouse
Work hours Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, must be available for either
$19.00/hour to start
Responsibilities:
- Assist webstore lead with daily operations
- Be the liaison between departments
- Work within Oracle to process, pick, pack and ship all orders daily
- Resolve order issues with IT as necessary
- Perform inventory transactions to place items in the correct locations based on predefined directives.
- Analyze and report on orders handled, employee productivity and problem resolutions.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Oracle experience helpful.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good time and project management skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to successfully pass post-offer background check
