Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We're looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our Go-to-market team. Reporting to the AVP, Sales - Greater Asia you'll be responsible for:
- You will provide administrative support to senior leadership - AVP of Greater Asia & Head of Strategic Accounts, APJ in Singapore
- Calendar management, Make Business Travel Arrangements including meeting planning and coordination and full end-to-end organising of leadership offsite
- Support to top executives visiting Singapore
- Submit expense reports and perform ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects assigned.
- Ad hoc office operations
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with Google suites and familiar with Coupa, Asana.
