Job Description

As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll be the heart of your team's business operations and activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You'll anticipate the needs of your managers and team members, proactively resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You'll be a master of Google products and services, using your knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Your strong communication and analytical skills will be essential for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reporting, calendar management, and facilities coordination. You'll also handle program management tasks, delivering cross-functional projects and events from initiation to completion. You'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and capable of independently moving projects forward in ambiguous environments. You'll also be an escalation point for risks and obstacles, ensuring projects and events stay on track. You'll exhibit a deep understanding of the supported business strategy and goals, offering recommendations for process and operational improvements. You'll establish strong trust with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment
  • Experience with event coordination, program management, or stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Complete core administrative tasks
  • Complete core program management tasks
  • Exhibit full knowledge of role
  • Ability to independently move projects forward in ambiguous environment
  • Determine corrective action for risks and obstacles in projects or events
  • Serve as an escalation point
  • Complete administrative and program management tasks with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution
  • Anticipate and address future issues
  • Exhibit understanding of the supported business strategy and goals
  • Make recommendations for process and operational improvements
  • Establish exemplary trust with executives, stakeholders, and key cross-functional partners

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience with event coordination, program management, or stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in budget management.
  • Ability to take initiative in solving operational issues.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.
