Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager will lead and manage an administrative team, assigning tasks, overseeing progress, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing company events (annual meetings, anniversaries, holidays); managing daily administrative tasks (office environment maintenance, security, equipment); and assisting departments with administrative coordination and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience, 3+ years planning large events, and proven ability to independently manage large-scale events. Strong writing, design skills (PS, other graphic software), communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
