The job involves providing administrative support to internal services and employees at PwC. The role requires managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of experience in the Office suite, especially with Word (page breaks, section breaks, numbering, headers, footers, etc.). The position offers stability and encourages knowledge sharing within projects, both internally and with clients.
Must have:
  • FP studies in administration or similar
  • Medium level of English
  • Proficiency in computer tools
  • High level of Office suite experience

In knowledge management at PwC, you will focus on the organisation, creation, and dissemination of knowledge and information within the organisation. Your work will involve developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, processes, and tools to capture, store, and share knowledge effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to identify knowledge gaps, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote industry leading practices to enhance organisational learning and decision-making.

PwC precisa incorporar una Administrativa para dar apoyo tanto a los servicios internos de la empresa como a los empleados.

Buscamos perfiles con estudios de FP en áreas de administración o similar y secretariado con nivel medio de inglés y manejo de herramientas informáticas para dar soporte en departamentos internos de la firma.  Te enfocarás en el uso de aplicaciones de software comerciales para preparar informes, recibir y dirigir las llamadas entrantes o correos electrónicos a las partes correspondientes. Es necesario un alto nivel de experiencia en el paquete office, haciendo hincapié en conocimiento de Word (saltos de página, saltos de sección, numeración, encabezados, pies de página, etc)

 

Apostamos por gente joven con y sin experiencia para trabajar empresa multidisciplinar.

 

Tu conocimiento es útil y podrás aportarlo desde el primer día con nosotros en los proyectos tanto internos como con clientes.

Oficina de incorporación: Barcelona, se ofrece estabilidad en el puesto.


Competencias requeridas:


- Persona con autonomía e iniciativa, organizada y disciplinada.
- Nivel Medio de inglés
- Alta capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.

- Acostumbrada a trabajar bajo presión y a compaginar y priorizar tareas con el objetivo de cumplimiento de plazos

- Buena capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Planificación y calidad en el trabajo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Alta tolerancia a la presión.
