BryceTech is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC). This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and office management support to government leads. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, coordinating complex travel, processing correspondence and reports, maintaining records, arranging meetings, processing purchase requests and invoices, acting as a point of contact for visitors, preparing presentations, updating policies, supporting new staff onboarding, and monitoring office equipment and supplies.

Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for an Administrative Specialist. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center, known as DEVCOM CBC. This role will provide comprehensive administrative and office management support to government leads.

The Person in this role will:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements with contractors and agency staff.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, memos, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records, filing systems, and databases in compliance with retention policies.
  • Arrange meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and accurately record and distribute minutes.
  • Process purchase requests, invoices, and office supply orders, reconciling against administrative budgets.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and vendors, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials to support leadership and project teams.
  • Update policies, procedures, and standard forms to streamline office operations and workflows.
  • Support onboarding of new staff with workspace setup, system access provisioning, and orientation scheduling.
  • Monitor office equipment, arrange maintenance, and manage supply inventories to prevent operational disruptions

Qualifications

The experience and certification requirements listed below are essential to successfully perform the tasks above:

 

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional or government environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer-service skills.
  • Secret Clearance Required
