Job Description

Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg seeks a Payroll Administrator to provide exceptional service to employees. Responsibilities encompass personal and digital support for payroll inquiries (via e-ticketing), handling employee concerns, processing mail, creating earnings statements, managing HR data, liaising with authorities and insurance providers, updating intranet pages, and supporting payroll, benefits, and HRBP teams. The ideal candidate possesses experience in HR/administration, payroll knowledge, strong communication skills (German and English B2+), detail-orientation, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a cutting-edge environment.

Als Problemlöser für System- und Prozessfragen arbeitest du zudem eng mit unserem HR OPs Team sowie unseren HR Employee Advisor und HR Business Partnern zusammen.

What You’ll Do

Persönlicher und digitaler Support für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung (über E-Ticketing-Tool)
Weiterleitung von Mitarbeiteranliegen an die zuständigen Teams
Bearbeitung der täglichen Post zu entgeltbezogenen Themen
Erstellung von Verdienstbescheinigungen
Pflege, Prüfung und Management von HR-Daten
Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Krankenkassen
Prüfung und Aktualisierung der HR-Intranetseiten sowie Unterstützung von Payroll, Benefits und HRBP

What You’ll Bring

Erfahrung in Personaldienstleistungen, Kundenbetreuung oder Verwaltung sowie erste Kenntnisse in der Entgeltabrechnung
Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Leidenschaft für die Unterstützung von Menschen
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2-Niveau)
Grundlegendes Wissen zu lokalen Gesetzen und arbeitsrechtlichen Richtlinien
Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Professionelles und höfliches Auftreten, auch in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen
Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in der MS Office Suite
