Job Summary
Job Description
This is a full-time Advertising Video Designer position based in Beijing. The role requires proficiency in video editing software (AE, PR, PS, AI) and a deep understanding of video advertising across various platforms. Responsibilities include designing and producing high-quality video ads for mobile games (specifically, card games, simulation games, and casual games), analyzing performance data, collaborating with optimization specialists, and adapting designs to different media requirements. Experience with game advertising and a strong understanding of video trends are highly valued. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience creating animations and utilizing AI for animation is a plus.
Must have:

职位描述
1、熟练运用AE PR PS AI等影视动画制作软件技术特性，熟悉视频类型及相应的制作流程，精通各大买量媒体的视频特性，紧跟媒体视频热点走向；
2、根据后台数据对自己设计的素材进行总结，跟踪广告投放效果和分析效果数据；
3、及时与优化师沟通，了解素材数据，并逐步优化素材；
4、对接市场投放的各类渠道视频广告设计需求，确保完成各类适合投放媒体的高品质素材，精通特效视频，真人视频，视频剪辑合成
5、负责游戏素材类型：棋牌类、模拟经营类、休闲类。
职位要求
1、有手游行业各推广渠道广告设计一年及以上工作经验者优先；
2、能独立完成游戏视频广告设计与制作，对游戏广告设计有深刻的理解；
3、具有良好的沟通、协作能力、团队合作精神以及较好的抗压能力；
4、愿意吃苦，学习能力强，性格外向，抗压，具有强烈的责任心和团队合作意识；
5、会制作动画、使用ai软件生成动画是加分项
