Job Description

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate campaigns, expanding influencer resources in the local market, identifying potential affiliates, and optimizing business development strategies. You will analyze user habits and behavior to understand business development trends and improve conversion rates. This role involves building and optimizing affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing affiliates to drive user acquisition and platform income. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the cryptocurrency space.

Must have:

5+ years of affiliate marketing/business development in Cryptocurrency space
Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics
Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development

What We Look For In You

5+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space
Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
