Job Description
As an Affiliate Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate campaigns. Your key tasks will include expanding the influencer resources in the local market, devising creative ways to identify potential affiliates, and analyzing user habits to judge business development trends. You will also be focused on improving the performance of existing affiliates and optimizing strategies to ensure conversion rates. The role involves building large affiliate networks and requires an understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs.
Must have:
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in Cryptocurrency.
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting like Google Analytics.
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods.

About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates
- Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
- Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
- Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
- Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
