Tesla seeks an Aftersales Support Specialist for its EMEA team based in the Netherlands. This role focuses on managing external body repair part orders via the Electronic Parts Catalog, requiring significant customer interaction and basic technical support. The specialist will ensure a fast, accurate, and predictable parts flow to external shops. Responsibilities include providing world-class customer service, identifying and resolving recurring issues, implementing process improvements for efficiency, and utilizing various systems to track order fulfillment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Tesla is looking for a Aftersales Support Specialist to join our Aftersales team for EMEA based in the Netherlands. This group plays a cross-functional role in the global and regional design, planning, building, start-up and optimization of Tesla’s commercial parts distribution infrastructure and organization. 

Aftersales Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing external body repair part orders through Electronic Parts Catalog. This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess customer service acumen, but also the ability to provide a basic level of technical support. The main goal is creating a fast, frictionless, accurate and predictable parts flow from distribution centers to end external shops.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide world class customer service to our commercial customers
  • Promotes and drives continuous improvement of the ordering flow to accomplish rapid parts fulfillment
  • Identify and report patterns on recurring issues and propose appropriate resolutions and improvements
  • Identify and implement initiatives for tactical optimization of daily operations, process and systems for efficiency of transport, warehouse or service center capacity
  • Operate our various systems to track the health of order fulfillment
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including ability to express well-reasoned, independent thought. Natural ability to speak and write effectively
  • Able to communicate, read and write effectively in English. Other European languages a plus (i.e. Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, German, etc.)
  • Courage to take action and or speak up when things are not going as planned or if you see a better way of doing it
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to change in scope, timeline, or focus without sacrificing execution
  • Automotive experience and familiarity with vehicle mechanics a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
