About the Role

What You’ll Bring with You:

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Agile Scrum Master, and/or Agile Project Manager
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• SAFe and Scrum Certification
• Experience in Agile Transformation Programs
• Experience to assist with Tools Setup including Jira, Planview, Confluence for rolling out agile
• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong leader, educator, and coach
• An excellent communicator and motivator
• Experience in Banking and/or insurance industry would be a plus

• Ability to leverage best-of-breed, innovative products and solutions for complex architecture and large-scale transformation
• Extended global geographic market reach
• Ability to capitalize on our client footprint and deep domain expertise within financial services
