Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist at Rise Hydroponics. The Agronomist will be responsible for tasks such as plant nutrition analysis, irrigation management, pest management, conducting training sessions, conducting research on crop cultivation, and ensuring optimal growth conditions for various crops in hydroponic systems.

Qualifications

Soilless hydroponics cultivation, Plant Nutrition, and Pest Management skills

Experience in conducting research on crop cultivation - Bell Peppers,Tomatoes,Cucumber etc.

Irrigation management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field
