The Role
We are seeking an exceptional AI Architect who operates at the intersection of mission deployment and internal product development, bringing a unique dual-purpose approach to our AI strategy. The AI Architect directly contributes to delivering AI systems across diverse client missions, implementing cutting-edge AI technologies to solve meaningful business challenges, as well as collaborating with our internal AI team to enhance our core AI offering by designing and implementing reusable AI components.
Anticipated salary band: $140,000 USD - $242,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions across multiple verticals
- Build scalable, generic AI components that can be adapted across different client missions
- Help translate our AI vision into concrete technical implementations
- Work both on internal product development and client-facing missions
- Create reusable AI infrastructure and transformation pipelines
- Leading teams of engineers in building AI and machine learning systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background in AI and machine learning
- Proven experience building production-ready AI systems
- Deep understanding of AI systems architecture and ability to design flexible, generic AI components
- Ability to work across different technical domains
- Strong engineering-first mindset
- 3+ years managing engineers
