AI Content Writer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a AI Content Writer for a Crypto/Fintech client.

We are seeking a contract AI Content Writer for an initiative to transform an internal knowledge base into structured, AI-optimized content. This role directly supports internal AI tooling for customer support, enhancing knowledge retrieval and automation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented writer interested in the intersection of content and AI. You will receive training in machine-readable content best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply those principles to a high-impact knowledge base.

This is a 3+ month contract opportunity. The role is fully remote.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Rewrite and structure existing knowledge base content for machine readability.

• Optimize content for clarity, consistency, and AI interpretability.

• Apply training in AI-driven content strategy to improve internal tooling performance.

• Collaborate with Content, Machine Learning, and Process Specialists.

• Ensure rewritten content aligns with internal standards and formatting best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Experience with Contentful CMS.

• Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, structured content.

• Familiarity with customer support operations, agent workflows, and processes (preferred).

• Interest in AI-driven technologies and their applications in support environments.

• Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines in a remote setting.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in writing, communications, or content development.

• 3+ years of experience in writing, editing, or content strategy.

• Experience working with knowledge bases or internal documentation tools is a plus.
