AI Data Curation Specialist
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking an AI Data Curator to contribute to the development and improvement of AI technologies within their online MMORPG games. Responsibilities include planning and creating datasets across various domains (voice, vision, dialogue), managing large datasets, designing data pipelines, enhancing the quality of AI service-specific training databases, and ensuring data quality through meticulous refinement and verification. Experience with character voice synthesis DB creation and multilingual voice synthesis DB creation is essential, as is experience leading DB curation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong data processing and management skills, and be proficient in data labeling and utilizing AI automation tools. Prior experience working at a game company and collaborating with AI development teams is highly valued.
Must have:
- Large dataset management & operation experience
- Character voice synthesis DB creation experience
- Multilingual voice synthesis DB creation experience
- DB curation part lead experience
- Data refinement, verification, and management skills
- Data labeling & AI automation tool proficiency
Good to have:
- Game company experience
- AI development team collaboration experience
- Lost Ark gameplay experience

- 다양한 도메인(음성, 비전, 대화 등)의 데이터 기획 및 제작
- 데이터 수집, 처리, 저장 및 구조/파이프라인 설계
- AI 서비스 특화 학습 DB 품질 향상 프로세스 및 버전 관리
자격요건
- 대규모 데이터셋 관리 및 운영 경험
- 캐릭터 음성합성용 DB 제작 및 다국어 음성합성용 DB 제작 경험
- DB 큐레이션 관련 파트 리드 경험
필요역량
- 서비스 관점에서의 꼼꼼한 데이터 정제 및 검수, 관리 능력
- 데이터 라벨링 및 AI 자동화 툴 활용 가능하신 분
우대사항
- 게임사 근무 및 AI 개발 부서와의 협업 및 서비스 개발 과정에 참여 경험이 있으신 분
- 로스트아크 플레이 경험이 많으신 분
