Responsibilities 1. Oversee community website operations for BytePlus AI-related products/solutions and developer-centric offerings, formulating operational strategies to enhance website traffic, content volume, user growth, and user experience. 2. Drive community traffic growth through scalable content acquisition, SEO optimization, and alignment with technology trends, while owning MAU/DAU metrics. 3. Build content and operational systems, execute communication strategies, collaborate with R&D teams to maintain market visibility, cultivate KOL relationships, monitor community metrics, and optimize user engagement through data-driven insights. 4. Partner with product teams to identify target customers, establish bidirectional feedback mechanisms, and amplify product influence through multi-channel technical storytelling. 5. Develop and manage product marketing systems, responsbile for content operations, and technical community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in marketing/operations roles. 2. Community/user operation expertise, with preference for candidates demonstrating proven success in community/user growth strategies. Preferred Qualifications 1. Passion for technology and developer ecosystems, strong user pain-point identification skills, and resource integration capabilities. 2. Data analysis proficiency to refine operational strategies. 3. Cross-functional collaboration experience, technical/product literacy, and exceptional writing skills. 4. Technical expertise in AI, or iaaS is highly preferred. 5. Proactive, creative, and optimistic work ethic.
