AI Developer ([LOST ARK Mobile])

Smilegate RPG seeks an AI Developer for their [LOST ARK Mobile] project. Responsibilities include developing reinforcement learning-based NPC control and level generation technologies; creating conversational NPCs using RAG, TOD, and Persona Chatbot techniques with LLM integration; and developing AI learning and serving platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep learning/reinforcement learning expertise, experience with LLM-based chatbot development (RAG, TOD, Persona Chatbot), proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Ray, PEFT/TRL), LLM frameworks (Langchain, vLLM), and AI backend server process development. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
