AsRoof Stacks seeks a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various business applications. Responsibilities include building end-to-end ML pipelines, integrating AI/ML solutions into products, optimizing models for performance and scalability, exploring cutting-edge AI/ML technologies (generative AI, LLMs), contributing to architectural decisions, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with GCP AI/ML services, proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch, and knowledge of NLP and computer vision. The role offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects across multiple domains within a fast-growing, collaborative, and international team.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2+ years AI/ML experience
- Strong GCP AI/ML experience
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- TensorFlow/PyTorch experience
- NLP and computer vision knowledge

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML solutions across various projects, helping us push the boundaries of what's possible in our core technology areas.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various business applications
*Work on end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to model deployment
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products
*Optimize existing ML models for performance and scalability
*Explore and implement cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, including generative AI and large language models
*Contribute to architectural decisions regarding AI/ML infrastructure and best practices
*Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
*Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML research and technologies
Required Qualifications:
*Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
*Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML development
*Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML services and infrastructure
*Proficiency in Python and SQLExperience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and *PyTorchKnowledge of natural language processing and computer vision techniques
*Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
*Strong communication and teamwork abilities
*Master's degree in a relevant field
*GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Data Engineer)
*Experience with AWS or other cloud platformsKnowledge of MLOps practices and toolsExperience with real-time ML systems
*Contributions to open-source projects or research publications
