A Day in the Life

We are looking for a hungry and data-oriented Analyst to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will partner with various internal teams, from Business Development to Product, to drive meaningful growth for our top gaming partners. You will also have a chance to work directly with AppLovin’s leadership - including VPs and Directors across several teams, and to learn from many thought leaders in the industry, including our founders.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence at our Beijing office.

The Impact You'll Make

• Apply data driven problem solving to find and execute top growth opportunities for the company
• Define and analyze metrics to achieve success for our partners
• Monitor daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies
• Become a mobile advertising guru and expert on our suite of products
• Stay relevant on industry trends and work with product team to develop high impact features
• Help define and shape companies business intelligence products and tools

Who You Are

• passion for mobile ad business
• 0-2 years experience working with data or technology
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or equivalent analytical degree
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, with the ability to independently work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate outstanding analytical ability, comfort working with numbers, and strategic grasp of the “big picture”
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal guidance
• Proficiency in Excel, and comfortable working with large data sets
• Flexible team-player who can use drive, creativity and initiative to move the organization forward
• Demonstrated experience applying statistical methodologies to real world problems
• Ability to communicate complex results with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences

Additional Strengths

• Previous experience in a startup environment
• Basic understanding of SQL and data structures
• Proven interest in technology

• 0-2年数据分析或商业化相关工作经验，英文可以作为工作语言
• 本科及以上学历，优先考虑计算机科学、信息系统、商业分析、经济学等专业
• 熟练掌握Excel，并能处理大型数据集
• 表现出卓越的分析能力，对数据敏感，并能从战略角度把握业务走向
• 拥有强烈的工作热情和追求卓越的决心，能够独立高效地工作，并在紧张的时间内出色完成任务。
• 注重细节且高度有条理，能够在最少指导的情况下同时优先处理多项任务和项目。
• 有灵活的团队合作精神，能够利用驱动力、创造力和主动性推动业务前进
• 能够将理论方法应用于实际业务问题的解决
• 能够简明扼要地向专业和非专业的受众传达分析结论
