Must have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in building and deploying ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software such as Superset.
  • Proficient in Linux including Shell Scripting, Package Management, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to complete advanced functions including joins, calculations and intermediate SQL proficiency.
  • Build ETL pipelines and ingest data from different sources (like RDBMS, API, DataLake (S3)) for KPIs and new data sources.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and adapt to partner changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, investigation parameters, and objectives of new ETL jobs and Analyses.
  • Build BI reports in Superset.
  • Ensure analytics development processes and controls comply with policy and are well documented.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data pipelines and recommend improvements.

How You Will Contribute

  • Build ETL pipelines and ingest data from different sources (like RDBMS, APU, DataLake (S3)) for KPIs and new data sources

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,750.00 - $131,250 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
