Join Our Team at Animal Company! Animal Company has quickly become a sensation since its launch in early July, surging to the top 10 on the Meta Quest in less than 2 months and amassing over half a million monthly active players. Our game offers a unique mix of horror, survival, and gorilla-style movement that captivates a diverse audience.
Wooster Games, creators of Animal Company, are looking for a creative and community-driven Social Media & Community Manager to bring our game to life across TikTok and YouTube, connect with players, and celebrate the creativity of our community!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create TikTok and YouTube videos with fun, engaging concepts and community events that resonate with Gen Alpha players.
- Coordinate with content creators, managing outreach, negotiation, and talent partnerships.
- Build meaningful connections with players through social media, relaying their feedback to our team.
- Curate, review, and promote community-created content to feature in the game or on social channels.
Preferred Time Zones: EST and PST
Requirements
- Passionate about gaming, especially VR, and tuned into Gen Alpha cultural trends.
- Skilled at storytelling and video editing for TikTok and YouTube.
- Knowledgeable about marketing to a Gen Alpha audience, with a knack for engaging younger players.
- Experienced in managing content creator partnerships and gathering and relaying community feedback.
