Animateur technique
Nous sommes un studio de codéveloppement qui travaille avec nos partenaires en Chine à la construction d'un jeu de console authentique et réaliste.  C'est l'occasion de travailler sur un jeu historique narratif dans les premières phases de production.

Ce poste d'animateur technique se concentre sur les systèmes d'animation dans le cadre du gameplay et des interactions avec les joueurs.  Vous utiliserez vos connaissances et votre expérience des systèmes techniques et des principes d'animation pour fournir l'expérience la plus transparente et la plus crédible possible lorsque le joueur navigue dans le monde du jeu.  Vous aurez l'occasion de créer et de développer les principales fonctions d'animation du jeu.

Responsabilités :

  • Collaborer avec les directeurs, les concepteurs techniques et les concepteurs de niveaux dans la création de systèmes d'animation pour les événements scénarisés, les puzzles interactifs et les animations de combat de boss personnalisées.
  • Aider à la construction d'animations cohérentes de PNJ et de stations de vie de foule qui s'intègrent parfaitement dans le monde du jeu.
  • Participer à l'amélioration de notre méthodologie globale, au développement des pipelines et des processus du département.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in video game animation, specifically for AAA games.
  • Knowledge of gameplay/cinematic animation systems
  • Expert level knowledge of animation blending and animation state machines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work in a collaborative, creative environment.
  • Proficient in animation tools and software, such as Maya and Motionbuilder.
  • Strong grasp and understanding of animation principles and anatomy.
  • Knowledge of related animation skills such as modeling, skinning, rigging, and retargeting animations to different rigs

Technical Animator
We are a codevelopment studio working with our partners in China helping build an authentic realistic console game.  This is your chance to work on a narratively driven historical game in the early stages of production.

This position as Technical Animator focuses on animation systems within gameplay and player interactions.  You will use your knowledge and experience of technical systems and animation principles to deliver the most seamless and believable experience as player navigates through the game world.  There is an opportunity to own and build core animation features of the game.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Directors, Technical Designers and Level Designers in the creation of animation systems for Scripted Events, interactive puzzles and custom boss fight animations.
  • Aid in the building of cohesive NPC animation and crowd life stations that fit seamlessly in the game world.
  • Be involved and part of improving our overall methodology, development of pipelines and department processes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in video game animation, specifically for AAA games.
  • Knowledge of gameplay/cinematic animation systems
  • Expert level knowledge of animation blending and animation state machines.
