Animation Director

Animation Director (CG Animated Short Film)
Leads the animation team to bring characters and performances to life in line with the film’s creative vision. Collaborates closely with the Director, Art Director, and department leads to define the animation style, set performance benchmarks, and guide animators through pitching, blocking, polishing, and final delivery. Oversees animation reviews, ensures consistency in quality and storytelling, and provides creative and technical feedback throughout production.

This fixed term contract position is open from 1st December 2025
