Animation Lead, LOST ARK Mobile
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking an experienced Animator for their upcoming mobile title, LOST ARK Mobile. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion resources for in-game characters (PC, NPC), cutscenes, and promotional videos. This role requires expertise in Unreal Engine 4 or 5, 3ds Max, and experience with motion capture data polishing. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of creating compelling animations for a mid-evil fantasy setting with a semi-realistic art style and experience with 2.5D (quarter-view) perspective games. They must also be able to understand and deliver on project goals while working effectively in a team environment.
Must have:
- Unreal Engine 4/5 experience
- 3ds Max proficiency
- Motion capture polishing
- Mid-evil fantasy animation experience
- High-quality animation creation
Good to have:
- Experience with 2.5D perspective games
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for game development

자격요건
- 중세 판타지 반실사풍 게임을 구성하는 모션 리소스 제작 경험이 있으신 분
- 기획 의도와 개발 방향을 잘 파악하여 매력적이고 완성도 높은 모션 리소스 제작이 가능하신 분
필요역량
- 언리얼 엔진 4 혹은 5의 기본적인 활용 지식과 3ds max 등의 애니메이션 제작 툴 숙련자
- 모션 캡쳐 데이터 폴리싱에 대한 경험이 있으신 분
우대사항
- 게임 개발에 대한 열정과 완성에 대한 열망이 있으신 분
- 밝고 긍정적인 사고를 바탕으로 업무에 대한 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
- 쿼터뷰 시점 게임의 모션 제작 경험이 있으신 분
