Job Summary

Job Description

Activision is seeking a skilled Animator to design and produce high-quality animations that meet the highest visual standards and adhere to motion logic. The role involves close collaboration with art directors and game designers. Responsibilities include animation creation, process management to ensure understanding and application across teams, and contributing to quality standard optimization. Proficiency in motion capture systems, Motion Builder, Maya, Max, and Photoshop is essential, along with a strong foundation in traditional 2D art and understanding of movement principles and camera usage. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver capable of envisioning innovative solutions and communicating effectively within a team setting. The position is full-time in Shanghai.

Must have:

High-quality animation design & production
Motion capture system workflow expertise
Proficiency in Motion Builder, Maya, Max, Photoshop
Strong 2D art fundamentals
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

主要职责:

-设计与制作完成视觉效果一流，且符合动作逻辑的高质量动画

-与主美和游戏策划密切合作，完成新的动画制作

-协助确定及优化美术质量标准

-负责动画创作流程，确保相关美术，程序团队正确理解和应用

胜任能力:

-熟悉motion capture systems的工作流程

-善于在motion builder软件中清理动画数据

-能够K-frame写实的character动画，物件动画，cutscene，FPS动画

-动画的设计和创新

-具备较强的问题解决能力

-能够想象、构思新的方案、理念、模型、设计和流程-能够与各团队有效沟通

-能够快速学习新的工具和技能-较好的适应能力

-具备良好的人际交往能力

其他要求:

-必须熟练使用Motion Builder, Maya, Max, Photoshop等美术人员常用软件

-扎实的传统2D美术功底

-对于运动规律和摄像机的使用有较深的理解
