Digiaccel Learning is looking for a skilled and innovative Animator with strong video editing skills to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually captivating animations, motion graphics, and polished video edits that enhance our brand's visual storytelling across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong artistic sense, technical expertise in animation and video editing software, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create original animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that align with project objectives and brand identity to make new IPs and conceptualize the packaging.
• Utilize a combination of design, animation, and visual effects techniques to convey messages and enhance engagement.
• Design and animate original IPs, logo animations, and other visually striking assets that enhance brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with creative directors, and video editors to understand project goals and effectively translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the storytelling through motion graphics and video editing.
• Create 2D animations using industry-standard software, ensuring fluidity, timing, for a polished result.
• Incorporate dynamic transitions and effects to enhance the overall visual impact of videos and animations.
• Edit and assemble video footage to create cohesive and engaging final products.
• Stay up to date with the latest animation trends, video editing software updates, and techniques to ensure the use of innovative tools and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation and video editing software and hardware.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed with excellence.
• Keep project stakeholders informed about progress and potential challenges.
• Review and refine motion graphics and video edits to ensure they meet the established standards of quality, visual appeal, and brand consistency.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensure accurate rendering, smooth animation, and polished video edits.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3+ years of experience as an Animator, Motion Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your animation and video editing skills across various projects, especially YouTube content and branded visuals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software like After Effects, Animate CC, and video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, visual composition, and video editing techniques.
• Portfolio highlighting a diverse range of motion graphic work, animations, visual effects, and video edits.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting ideas.
