The Applicant Call Representative assists claimants in completing Social Security Disability applications by asking personal questions to gather necessary information about their disability and qualifications. This role requires patience and empathy, with calls typically lasting 30-45 minutes, ensuring applications are completed fully and accurately. Responsibilities include completing online applications, using multiple systems, maintaining confidentiality, and meeting productivity goals.

Description

The range is $14.50 - $18.00 per hour, with an ability to earn a performance-based bonus up to $750/Month.

Onsite: Minneapolis, MN - pay $18/ hr

Remote hiring areas: Non- MN pays $14.50/ hr

preferred states: Iowa/Texas/Georgia/Virginia

Terms: Full-Time. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 8:30 pm

About the Role:

Calls typically last 30-45 minutes, and the application specialist must demonstrate patience and empathy. The position must ensure that the application is completed fully and accurately.

  • BILINGUAL - English/Spanish a plus.
