Application Support II

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire an Application Support II for a leading global technology company.

You’ll join the Collaboration Systems team to support and maintain meeting infrastructure, Zoom rooms, and live event production for high-profile stakeholders. This is a 12 month contract role and is remote within the United States with potential on-site requirements.

Application Support II Responsibilities:

• Manage 50-80 Zoom rooms per month, performing routine checks and troubleshooting (Zoom, sound, video, cameras).

• Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for enterprise applications.

• Support live events, including hybrid and in-person meetings for VP-level executives.

• Troubleshoot AV and collaboration technology, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including VP Admins and IT infrastructure groups.

• Maintain HubTV for hosting recordings and media content.

• Identify system enhancements and opportunities for improved efficiency.

• Document processes, create knowledge transfers, and ensure system readiness.

Application Support II Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or AV event management.

• Expertise in Zoom rooms and related collaboration technologies.

• Strong knowledge of AMX, Extron, Crestron, Poly, and other AV/AC vendors.

• Ability to work with high-profile executives and business teams.

• Basic networking skills and troubleshooting experience.

• Experience with Zoom as a service and live event production (preferred).

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
