Utilizing exceptional communication skills, you will accurately define client issues, interpret them, and design effective resolutions based on in-depth product knowledge. This role demands independence and expertise, requiring active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related problems. You will provide Japanese language support to clients, deliver efficient service desk voice support, maintain client satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and document complex problems for resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Japanese Language, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of IT service desk operations. - Experience in incident management and ticketing systems. - Knowledge of ITIL framework for service delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
