The Applied AI Customer Engineer at Google Cloud will focus on growing the adoption of Google’s Applied AI Customer Engagement Suite in EMEA. Responsibilities include securing technical wins with customers, building demos and presentations, running technical workshops, responding to RFPs, and serving as the lead technical expert. The role requires understanding customer needs to create workshops, demos, and POCs, supporting post-sales success, and collaborating with the partner team to build an AI partner community. This involves contributing technical expertise to internal training and the Applied AI community through presentations and technical assets. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise technology, experience building integrations using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java, and experience building conversational and contact center applications. Strong communication skills in English and at least one local language are essential.
