  • Support scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare minutes for low-complexity meetings.
  • Monitor task status in smaller projects.
  • Remind responsible parties about deadlines.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Assist in registering requests or questions.
  • Learn about company dynamics, processes, and culture through tasks.

Requirements

  • Assist with global client management tasks;
  • Update and organize status spreadsheets, project management platforms, for example: opening low-complexity tasks, uploading and downloading general files, updating low-complexity data Report spreadsheets, and general account organization.
  • Organize digital and physical files (if applicable), ensuring easy access and compliance.
  • Assist with digitizing important documents.
  • Support scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare minutes for low-complexity meetings.
  • Monitor task status in smaller projects.
  • Remind responsible parties about deadlines (internal FUPs).
  • Customer Service Support.
  • Assist in registering requests or questions.
  • Tasks should allow the Apprentice to learn about the company's dynamics, processes, and culture.
