Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive sanction drawings and documentation.

2. Prepare and update sanction drawings, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements for obtaining necessary approvals.

3. Develop building plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, with a keen eye for precision and compliance with building codes.

4. Facilitate the process of fire sanction approvals by incorporating fire code requirements in sanction drawings.

5. Create accurate as-built drawings that reflect the final construction, modifications, and deviations from original plans.
