Job Description

The Area User Growth Associate will be responsible for developing Gojek products through strategic marketing plans across various touch points including visibility, partnership, and digital channels. This role involves managing the marketing funnel for Gojek products within a representative Area, aligning with headquarters' initiatives. The associate will work closely with User Growth, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include supporting the Area User Growth Manager and Area Senior Manager to drive User Growth focus areas like visibility and partnership to achieve Area target orders and active users. They will manage daily marketing execution activities, ensure accuracy and timeliness of User Growth activities, supervise vendors for merchant branding, and execute events and other activities. The role requires developing and executing clear integrated digital marketing strategies with measurable results and ensuring consistency in messaging and brand communications by collaborating with sales, government relations, and operations teams.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing Gojek products by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans across various touch points namely visibility, partnership, and digital to name a few. You will also be responsible for the marketing funnel of Gojek products across the representative Area, aligned with the headquarter initiatives. You will work closely with the User Growth, Marketing, and cross functional team.

What Will You Do

    • Support Area User Growth Manager and Area Senior Manager to drive User Growth focus areas in terms of Visibility & Partnership which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver Area target completed orders and active users;
    • Managing all day to day marketing executional activities from all areas needed to deliver the User Growth plans. e.g. contract, PO, invoice, etc;
    • Ensure all User Growth activities in areas are delivered with a given standard of accuracy, completeness, timeliness as per the standard package and local initiatives;
    • Externally supervise vendors/daily workers in executing merchant branding and POI domination on a regular basis;
    • Internally work with direct responsibility to deliver area executions and targets by executing events, exhibits, and other activities;
    • Good with data to develop and execute clear integrated strategies of digital marketing with clear metrics and excellent results;
    • Responsible for setting the integrated communications plan and ensuring consistency of messaging and brand communications. Working closely with the sales, government relations, and operations team.

What Will You Need

    • Min. 2 years of working experience in Marketing/Sales. Have exposure of working at a top global FMCG company would be a plus point;
    • Good understanding of local knowledge;
    • Strong analytical and planning skills;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and in a team;
    • Good collaboration with compassion and proactiveness;
    • Agile and fast in thinking and execution;
    • Have exposure of working at a top global FMCG company would be a plus point;
    • Good at using Canva, Photoshop, Google Slide & Sheets will be a plus point.

Area User Growth team plays a critical role in driving sustainable and scalable user growth in the respective area. We work closely with Region User Growth team and HQ counterparts to design, implement, and monitor localized growth strategies tailored to diverse market dynamics. Our team leverages data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges, improve user acquisition and retention, and ensure alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
