Job Description
As an Art Director, you will establish the art policy and shape the direction of all art in the game. You will be responsible for shaping the art direction to create the best possible game experience. This role involves directly influencing the quality of the game with your art. You'll be able to communicate your approach to your team and lead them in your way. You will focus on creating a great user experience through expression and technology, which also involves handling, training, and managing sections depending on your experience.
Good To Have:
- Experience as an art director
- Experience in multiple design areas
- Experience in creating hit content as a core member

・デザイナーとしての制作実務経験

・アートディレクターとしての実務経験
・複数のデザイン領域での実務経験、または幅広い知見
・コアメンバーとして、ヒットコンテンツの創出に携わったご経験
