Job Description

Experienced Art Director needed for Lightspeed Studios in Osaka, Japan. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Responsibilities include creating graphic concepts, quality control, directing graphic assets, and client/designer communication. Passionate about innovative game graphics and a strong understanding of game design are crucial.

Responsibilities:

ゲームの絵的な方向性についてディレクターとともに大きな決定権を持つ。
世界観構築のための知識や理論をもって、知識と理論に基づいたオリジナリティの高い提案をする。
ゲーム内容についても知識を持って、単に絵の評価だけではなくゲームとしてユーザーに伝えるべき。
優先などについても判断する。
目指すべき絵に必要な技術的案件についても判断する。
具体的に
・ディレクターの作りたい内容に合わせたグラフィックコンセプトの提案、作成。
・ゲームグラフィックに関する品質管理。
・グラフィック作成指示書の作成、成果物のディレクション。
・クライアントや、内部/外部デザイナーとの折衝。

Requirements:

・ゲームのアートディレクターとしてクオリティチェックや進行管理経験3年以上。
・向上心を持ち新しい表現・技術・絵作りに真摯に努力し続けられる方。
