Here are a few things you’ll be expected to master and deliver when you work with Toaster:
What you’ll be doing
- Design and create engaging visual content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for social media campaigns, advertisements, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to ensure that the visual content aligns with the overall brand message and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media design and utilise design thinking to create innovative visuals.
- Produce high-quality visuals that are visually appealing, consistent with the brand guidelines, and optimized for different platforms.
- Create basic animations using Adobe After Effects or other relevant software.
- Manage and maintain the company's design library and ensure that all assets are organised and easily accessible.
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design for social media and digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience with basic animation software, such as Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs.
- Experience working in a social media agency is a must.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
