Here are a few things you’ll be expected to master and deliver when you work with Toaster: What you’ll be doing <ul><li>Design and create engaging visual content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and more.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and design layouts for social media campaigns, advertisements, and other digital assets.</li><li>Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to ensure that the visual content aligns with the overall brand message and marketing objectives.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media design and utilise design thinking to create innovative visuals.</li><li>Produce high-quality visuals that are visually appealing, consistent with the brand guidelines, and optimized for different platforms.</li><li>Create basic animations using Adobe After Effects or other relevant software.</li><li>Manage and maintain the company's design library and ensure that all assets are organised and easily accessible.</li></ul>
 What you’ll bring <ul><li>3-4 years of experience in graphic design for social media and digital platforms.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop &amp; Illustrator.</li><li>Experience with basic animation software, such as Adobe After Effects.</li><li>Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs.</li><li>Experience working in a social media agency is a must.</li><li>Experience with video editing software.</li><li>Familiarity with social media analytics tools.</li></ul>
