Job Description

The Art Director will lead the team to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. They will foster an environment where artists feel proud of their accomplishments. The Art Director should be a strong leader who can guide the team, address challenges, and promote best practices. They should be a firm believer in leading by example and have a positive attitude to build strong relationships within the team. The role involves driving the team to produce outstanding results that meet or exceed client expectations. The Art Director will also mentor and encourage the team, ensuring they feel proud of their contributions.

ABOUT THE POSITION

A natural leader who is surefire with his directive, surefooted at fire-fighting, and incessant with preaching best practices at the job. His directorship will lead his team to delivering tour de force results that exceed client’s expectation while his Artists feeling proud of what they have accomplished under his helm.
