This is a remote Art Director position based in the Philippines, working a midshift schedule (4 PM - 12 AM PHT). The role requires flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include translating client briefs into innovative designs, overseeing multiple projects, managing a team of designers, and ensuring timely delivery. The Art Director will produce various visual assets (inspiration boards, sketches, storyboards), collaborate with the creative team, present designs to clients, and stay abreast of design trends. Experience managing design requests for diverse clients (MSMEs to large corporations) is a plus.

Please note: This position is for the mid shift (4 PM - 12 AM PHT), so flexibility with working hours is essential.
We are looking for a creative Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of delivering the needs of the clients. You will cooperate with a full creative team of multiple designers.
The goal is to translate a client's briefing into innovative and impressive designs that stimulate their target audiences. While overseeing multiple projects, the art director needs to allocate the designers correctly to make sure that the deadlines are met.
Here’s what you’ll do...
- Produce inspiration boards, sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Bonus points for...
- Strong background in brand design
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience
- Experience with handling design requests for MSMEs, huge corporations, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
