Designation: Senior Graphic Designer (Shopper Marketing, In-store Activations, POP Display, 3D Design)


The Senior Graphic Designer will work in conjunction with the creative director and other team

members to deliver upon the Agency’s creative vision of idea-driven, measurable, outstanding work. Candidate must be a self-motivated, intelligent, constructive, driven, team spirited and committed to the agency vision for success.


Candidates who have consumer brand experience, in-store activations, strong in art direction, experience working on FMCG brands, exposure to ATL or BTL creative process, ideation and crafting of key visuals.


Candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, have superb craftsmanship skills,

attentive to detail and possess strong typographic skills. They should have a sound knowledge of the latest print production techniques, and demonstrate an ability to quality control/press pass their work.


Candidate should have previous agency experience, preferably in shopper marketing, retail marketing, experiential marketing, digital activation and ecommerce. Experience in 3D, packaging, complex POP display etc. would be advantageous. The role will be hands-on, requiring full computer abilities on the relevant software, and requires the ability to work both within a team or independently where necessary, delivering the brief from concept to completion.


Skills:


§ Has successfully collaborated within creative teams in the production of communications and

has worked in multi-disciplinary teams

§ Strong creative and conceptual vision for integrated communications and the ability to execute high quality work against strategic business objectives

§ Strong comprehension of Shopper Marketing, Experiential Activation and Ecommerce

§ Full software skills for digital & print production

§ Good knowledge of print and production industries

§ Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities

§ Has demonstrated ability to work and multi-task effectively under pressure

§ Basic retouching - levels adjustment/ colour grading etc. (good to have)

§ Concept sketching abilities


Extra skill sets such as digital, packaging, 3D, illustration, photography etc. are welcome, but not

essential.


Responsibilities


§ Assisting junior & senior members of the creative team and supporting ACD

§ Drives creativity and innovation for the agency

§ Ensures that work is delivered to scope, time, budget and expectation

§ Briefing of creative resources studio work & overseeing progress

§ Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members'

project work.

§ Participates constructively in inter-department communications.


Education & Experience


§ Min 5 years of professional experience

§ Has degree in or training in Graphic design, Fine Arts or Advertising & Marketing
