Art Lead for AAA games, leading a team, implementing artistic vision, managing deadlines, experience with Zbrush and 3D modeling software.

Must have:

Art Lead Experience
3D Modeling Skills

Job description

As a Art Lead, you will be working in scrum methodology. Provide artistic leadership and lead team to drive the overall vision of the project. Being a Leader of a small/medium-sized art team will make it easy to cooperate closely with the design department and tech department. You will mentor more junior Artists in the team to help them develop their skills and grow as persons.You will have a chance to work with international publishers on games that are engaging, exciting and make you proud of what you do.

Responsibilities

Supervising the implementation of artistic vision.
Leading Artists,
Collaborating with Tech Leader and Lead Designer,
Managing the Art pipeline and meeting deadlines,
Participating in Agile workflow.

Job requirements

Experience as Art Lead or Senior 3d Character or Senior Environment Artist making AAA games
Min. 5 years of experience in creating 3D models,
Min. 4 years of experience as a 3d Artist in a gaming company,
Good knowledge of Zbrush,
Good knowledge of Blender, Maya or 3dsMax.
Proficiency in English.
