Welcome customers who have recently acquired credit with NRFM through inbound and outbound calls. Must have experience in call centers, handling pressure, and customer service. Basic Office skills are essential.

Job Details
Objetivo de la posición:
Realizar llamadas de inbound y outbound para dar la bienvenida a los clientes que acaban de adquiri su crédito en NRFM.
Experiencia:
* Deseable experiencia en Call Center.
* Trabajo bajo presión.
* Experiencia en servicio al cliente.
* Manejo básico de Office.
Competencias deseables:
* Facilidad de palabra.
* Orientado a resultados.
* Orientado al cambio.
* Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.
* Buena organización.
* Trabajo en equipo.
Horario laboral:
Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. y guardias los Sabatinas (3 horas).
