As an ASO Manager at Tripledot Studios, you will lead App Store Optimization efforts across global markets, focusing on improving game visibility and organic performance on the App Store and Google Play. This role combines data analysis, creative strategy, and mobile marketing expertise. Key responsibilities include operating and defining ASO strategies, optimizing app metadata and assets, collaborating with the Creative Marketing team, analyzing and reporting ASO performance, monitoring competitor activity, and launching new apps. The role requires a deep understanding of app store algorithms and metadata optimization, as well as strong analytical and project management skills.

Must have:

2+ years of ASO experience for mobile apps or games
Solid understanding of ASO algorithms and principles
Strong knowledge of ASO tools (App Store Connect, etc.)
Analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions
Effective time and project management skills
Communication skills to interact with diverse teams

Role Overview

As ASO Manager at Tripledot Studios, you will lead the ASO (App Store Optimisation) efforts across all our global markets.

You will focus on enhancing the visibility and organic performance of our games across the App Store and Google Play. This role blends data analysis, creative strategy, and mobile marketing expertise, requiring a deep understanding of store algorithms and metadata optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Operate our App Store Optimisation strategies and play a key role in defining them;
Optimise the app names, descriptions, screenshots, feature graphics, in-app events, keyword fields, icons, videos, etc;
Collaborate with the Creative Marketing team to create new assets for the App Stores;
Frequently analyse and report ASO performance;
Monitor competitor activity and rankings to better understand the market;
Launching new apps in conjunction with the other departments;
Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful custom app store pages and app store experiments.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

2+ years experience handling App Store Optimisation strategy for mobile apps or games;
Solid understanding of ASO algorithms and principles, from ranking factors to creative optimisation;
Strong knowledge of ASO fundamentals and its tools (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, AppTweak etc.);
Experience with CPP and CSL;
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions;
Effective time management and project management skills;
Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams;
Applied experience with MS Excel, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker;
Comfortable presenting;
Very high attention to detail.
