The Asset Manager and Security Manager will be the go-to expert for product warranties, support contracts, and cybersecurity vulnerability management. This role requires a deep understanding of hardware and software support services, as well as the ability to manage and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities affecting our products and services.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the renewals process for hardware warranties and software support contracts.
  • Serve as the point of contact for sales and support teams regarding warranty and support contract queries.
  • Develop and maintain a CVE monitoring program, ensuring timely dissemination of critical cybersecurity information to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to facilitate patch management processes for contract customers and engage sales for outreach to non-contract customers.
  • Conduct training sessions on warranties, support contracts, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate favorable terms with vendors and maintain a reliable vendor relations program.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Knowledge of common CVE databases and experience in vulnerability management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes and strategies.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
