Asset Management Specialist, Supercharging

Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy and resilient charging network can be. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network.  

As the Asset Management Specialist within the EMEA Charging Operations team in Amsterdam, you will play a critical role in maintaining Tesla’s reputation for excellence. You’ll drive the seamless experience for our customers using the Supercharging network, by resolving non-technical asset issues like property maintenance and services, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, site hosts, and vendors.  

• Diagnose and resolve non-technical asset related issues based on customer feedback, site hosts feedback and social platforms to ensure an excellent charging experience for our customers
• Work with internal teams and external partners to delegate tasks, set deadlines, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Dive deep into the issues, understand the underlying causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent future challenges
• Manage budgets, oversee purchase orders, and perform invoice audits and approvals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Monitor key metrics to spot potential issues and opportunities for improvement focusing on customer-facing details like arrival experience, app bugs, and trip-planning tools
• Work closely with Energy Service and Deployment teams to define and meet customer experience Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive improvements in customer feedback
