Job Description

The Asset Management Specialist at Tesla's EMEA Charging Operations team in Amsterdam will play a crucial role in maintaining the excellence of Tesla's Supercharging network. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving non-technical asset issues based on customer feedback and other sources, working with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution, implementing long-term solutions, managing budgets and purchase orders, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with other teams to meet customer experience SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, property management, or related fields. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Fluency in English and at least one European language is required.

As the Asset Management Specialist within the EMEA Charging Operations team in Amsterdam, you will play a critical role in maintaining Tesla’s reputation for excellence. You’ll drive the seamless experience for our customers using the Supercharging network, by resolving non-technical asset issues like property maintenance and services, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, site hosts, and vendors.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and resolve non-technical asset related issues based on customer feedback, site hosts feedback and social platforms to ensure an excellent charging experience for our customers
Work with internal teams and external partners to delegate tasks, set deadlines, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
Dive deep into the issues, understand the underlying causes, and implement long-term solutions to prevent future challenges
Manage budgets, oversee purchase orders, and perform invoice audits and approvals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Monitor key metrics to spot potential issues and opportunities for improvement focusing on customer-facing details like arrival experience, app bugs, and trip-planning tools
Work closely with Energy Service and Deployment teams to define and meet customer experience Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive improvements in customer feedback

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in relevant fields such as operations, construction, property management, facility management, project management, real estate, or asset management. Experience in the charging industry is considered a plus.
